“Ariek” refers to the Istanbul-based bespoke jewelry atelier operating from ariekfine.com. The atelier is a partnership of two principals; its maker sets every piece by hand.

When you submit a design through the builder you receive a quote within twenty-four hours, including a price, a sketch, and a proposed delivery date. Quotes are non-binding until you confirm in writing.

Quotes are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. After that period, the price may be revisited to reflect current stone and metal markets.

An order is confirmed when you reply “confirmed” (or equivalent) to the quote email and pay the deposit described in section 04. Production begins the same day.

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. A thirty per cent deposit confirms your order; the balance is due before the piece ships.

We accept international bank transfer, Wise, and major credit cards through external processors. Bank fees and currency conversion costs are borne by the payer.

Customs and import duties are quoted separately and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We commit to a five-day production window from order confirmation to dispatch. Stone certification or sourcing delays beyond our control may extend this; we will tell you promptly if so.

Pieces are dispatched insured, signed-for, with full tracking. Hand delivery in Istanbul is available on request.

You may cancel at no penalty within twenty-four hours of order confirmation. After that, production has begun and the piece becomes non-refundable.

If a delivered piece has a manufacturing defect, we remake or repair it at our cost. Notify us within fourteen days of delivery.

Returns of non-defective bespoke work are not accepted, as every piece is made to your specification.

Every Ariek piece carries a lifetime workmanship warranty against defects in setting, soldering, and finish. The warranty does not cover damage from wear, accidents, alteration by a third party, or loss of stones from non-defective settings.

Resizing, repolishing, and re-tipping prongs are offered at cost to original buyers indefinitely.

Your bespoke design is yours. We retain the right to photograph the finished piece for our archive and, with your permission, for portfolio use. Customer identities are never attached to images without explicit consent.

Inspiration renders shown in the gallery are the atelier’s creative work and remain our intellectual property; they cannot be reproduced without permission.

Our liability for any claim related to a piece is limited to the price you paid for that piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost sentimental value).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
