- How is Ariek different from a regular jeweler?
- We are an atelier, not a shop. We don't carry stock. Every piece is made for you, on order, by a single master jeweler. No assembly line, no markup for inventory we never sold.
- How fast can you really deliver?
- Five days from confirmation. We can hit this because we don't queue your design behind anyone else's. The atelier works on one piece at a time. If you order today, your stone is set this week.
- Where do your diamonds come from?
- We source through certified suppliers. Every loose stone over 0.5 ct is bought with its own GIA or HRD report, and you see it before you confirm. We source by your specification (cut, color, clarity, carat), so the stone matches what you envisioned, not what we have in stock.
- What metals do you work with?
- 18K and 14K gold — yellow, white, and rose in both. 18K is richer in colour; 14K is harder and stands up better to daily wear. We hallmark all gold pieces per Turkish standards, with international compliance for export.
- Why are your prices lower than Tiffany or Cartier?
- Because you are paying us for the stone and the craft, not the brand heritage premium. We charge the cost of materials, the master's time, and a transparent margin. Our pieces are the same quality. The difference is in the markup, not the work.
- Can I customize beyond what's in the gallery?
- The gallery is inspiration, not a catalog. You can describe a piece from scratch — sketch, reference image, written description — and we will create it. The configurator helps you communicate; it doesn't limit you.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Insured, signed-delivery shipping worldwide. Customs and import duties are handled per destination — we will quote inclusive of these for transparency. Typical delivery: 3-5 days after your piece leaves the atelier.
- What if I change my mind?
- Bespoke jewelry is non-refundable once the atelier begins production. However, you have twenty-four hours after confirmation to cancel without penalty. If a delivered piece has a defect, we remake at our cost.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer or credit card. A 30% deposit confirms your order; the balance is due before shipping. International payments via Wise or direct wire.
