When you submit a quote through the design builder we collect your name, email, optional phone number, country, and the specifications of the piece you described. If you upload reference images, those are stored alongside the quote.

When you contact us through the contact form we collect your name, email, and the message you wrote.

We do not collect payment information on this site. Payment is handled by bank transfer or external processors after a quote is accepted.

Quote and contact information are used solely to respond to you, prepare your design, and complete any commission you confirm. We do not use this data for marketing.

If you opt in to the journal newsletter, your email is used only to send occasional updates about new work from the atelier. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any note.

We use minimal cookies — strictly what the site needs to function and anonymous, aggregated analytics that help us understand which pages people read. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not track you across other sites.

The cookie banner you see on first visit records your acceptance in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data will show the banner again.

We use a small set of vendors to run the atelier’s digital side. They process data only on our instructions:

Sanity — content management. Stores gallery pieces, journal posts, and your quote submissions.

Resend — transactional email delivery for quote confirmations and internal notifications.

Vercel — hosting. Receives standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and uptime.

We do not share your data with any party outside this processing chain.

Ariek operates from Istanbul. Our vendors may process data in the European Union and the United States. Where personal data leaves your jurisdiction, the transfer relies on the vendor’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@ariekfine.com and we will respond within seven days.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA. These are honoured on request.

Quote submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as your commission is active and for up to seven years afterwards for tax and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
